2023-10-01 AACO Candidate Forum - Dublin School Board 

Many in our community know education is very important for our kids. In the election on November 7, Dublin residents in Central Ohio will cast their votes on two education related items:

• Dublin School Board

• Dublin Schools levy

Six (6) candidates will compete for two (2) spots on the Dublin School Board. The Dublin Schools levy would require each homeowner in the school district to pay $276.5 additional property tax per year for each $100,000 market value (“7.9-mill operating levy”).

AACO will host an online candidate forum on October 3 for the Dublin School Board election, when each candidate will share 

• their vision for the Dublin Schools, 

• how they ensure good quality education and manage continued growth of the district, and

• their opinions about the proposed levy.

The audience will have opportunities to ask the candidates questions during the forum.
