Cincinnati Youth Program Leader

Rong is an AACO Cincinnati Youth Program Leader. In addition, she is a Principal Scientist working for a Fortune 500 company. At work, she serves as mentor to young female professionals in engineering discipline, and actively supports and mentors AAPI new hires/interns to help them grow professionally. As an advisor for the youth program, Rong works very closely with the other advisors to guide the youth members in establishing and expanding their program. In the past 2 years, she has been actively working with Hao and other advisors on the Summer Internship program which provides valuable internship experiences for high school/college students at various government offices.
